We want you to love your gear as much as we do. We will accept returns of items in their original, unworn condition. Although we will not charge re-stocking fees, return shipping fees may apply.
Worn, used, or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return. Sales of items at an event’s onsite store are considered final and are not eligible for return.
How To Return An Item
A return or exchange is as simple as sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes the following information:
- Your full name
- Purchase date and/or order number
- Reason for the return
- Return product information (product, style, color and size)
